Description
The HardCap Aerolite 60° 2.5Cm Peak White is very light at under 135g but still offers excellent protection. It passes strict impact tests, making it the top-performing lightweight full-shell bump cap. Designed to meet EN 812 standards, it provides full head protection for low-risk work areas.
Under the fabric cover is a strong HDPE shell with an EPP liner for comfort and flexibility. Moisture-wicking padding and sweatband improve fit, vents keep the head cool, and the 25mm peak helps see upwards. The liner is removable and washable for hygiene, and the Polygiene-treated padding reduces odours. Logos can be added by heat transfer or embroidery.
