Fit Testing Recommendation:

We recommend that all close-fitting respirators be fit-tested by a ‘Commit2Fit’ certified fit tester to ensure optimal performance. Our commitment to safety is backed by rigorous qualitative fit testing, conducted by certified professionals. In our testing, adjustments were made to achieve a perfect seal, and the respirator passed multiple tests using OSHA protocols.

NOTE: ph7 is extremely diligent  in making sure that the products we sell meet or exceed Internationally recognised standards. When reviewing the FFP2-MB100 we also took this a bit further and ran Qualitative Fit Testing. This is the type of testing that is used predominately for N95/FFP2/KN95/KF94 Disposable Respirators. This fit testing was conducted by Tiffany Sharrott who is also a Commit2Fit Certified Respiratory fit tester. Two subjects were tested a total of 6 times with both test solutions. After the first test, it was noted that the mask was sitting too high on the bridge of the nose and it was leaking at the top where it was not secured. The test was stopped and the mask was refitted using the neck clip as well as fitting it lower on the bridge of the nose. This completed a full seal. An additional 5 tests were conducted on two test subjects using the OSHA protocol and the mask passed each time. We are very happy with the results and confident that the FFP2-MB100 meets the FFP2 European standard and the KFDA Korean recognised standards.
